Christmas Time is Here!

Merry Christmas Eve, friends!

The Amazon packages may not have arrived yet, but ready or not, tomorrow is the big day!

I’m having such a wonderful time at home! (Check our “gingerbread house” below!) But I just wanted to pop in quickly this evening to wish you all a blessed and merry Christmas. (Consider this my virtual Christmas card!)

This year has brought about a lot of unexpected changes, challenges, and adversity. But amid it all, I have felt so blessed by this little community of friends here. Truly. I know that is such a cheesy thing to say, but your friendships have been such a constant, and source of joy for me! I thank God for you!

And even though we’re all from different places around the world, (and have never met!) I think it’s really special that we can all come together here, and share in love for Christ, and support for one another, as we’re all on this journey of life together!

This Christmas, though it looks different than normal, I pray that each one of you feel the joy and the peace that comes from our Newborn King. May we cherish this unexpected opportunity to focus on the Miracle of Christmas, and the gift of family.

May you be surrounded by loved ones — even if only virtually — and may God richly bless that time together.

Thank you for being part of my story, for accepting me – flaws and all – and enriching my life.

  14. Merry Christmas to you and your beautiful family. It may be 9 degrees here in the Midwest tonight with 20 mph winds, but there is warmth in our house as we celebrate the birth of Christ. We also may not be with our family this year, but we are connected and are feeling the love via the wonders of technology. Bless you! May 2021 be a good and healthy year.
