Sometimes, you just need to get dinner on the table FAST.
And in those nights, there’s nothing easier than jarred spaghetti sauce.

What if I told you that in the time it takes to boil the pasta, you can have an elevated sauce that tastes like homemade, with ingredients you already have on hand!

So … without further ado. Here’s my 5 Minute Chicken Pasta with my Jarred Pasta Sauce Hack!

Ingredients:
1/4 onion, small dice
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp EVOO
1 cup jarred pasta sauce
1/2 box chick pea pasta, cooked per package directions
1 cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
Directions:
Sauté your onions and garlic in EVOO with a pinch of salt and pepper in a large nonstick frying pan. Add your diced cooked chicken breast and pasta sauce. Combine.
Meanwhile Cook your chickpea Pasta power package directions until Al Dante.
Add cooked pasta to the combined chicken/sauce mixture. Mix to combine.
Serve with salad and your vegetable of choice!
I was told that this meal should be in my weekly rotation!

I very rarely make pasta, but this chickpea pasta was packed with protein and fiber, and was the perfect vessel for this sauce!

This is such a great hack to make jarred pasta sauce taste like you simmered it away for hours — and all it takes is a little onion and garlic!
