WHAT I EAT IN A DAY — PREGNANCY EDITION!

HELLO FRIENDS!

Oh my goodness, thank you for all the beautiful messages about my pregnancy announcement!!

My heart has been so warm these past few days going through and reading and responding to all the kind words and well wishes and prayers about our growing baby!

So THANK YOU!

As I mentioned, I’m going to try to post some videos about my pregnancy journey, so this first one is a WHAT I EAT IN A DAY pregnancy edition video where I take you along with me on vacation in Utah!

In the video, we go to the Stein Eriksen Lodge to their spa, and then a decadent dinner at the raclette cheese Fireside Dining! It was SUCH a delicious eating day!! 🙂

So there you have it sports fans! I’ll talk to you on the YT!

  2. Congratulations Caralyn! This is truly a blessing. Eat to your heart’s content and I hope you’re taking your prenatal vitamins. When my wife was first pregnant she ate everything and anything under the sun but she was a little upset that she couldn’t drink her daily cup of coffee. Get PLENTY of rest in the meantime cause once your child is born, sleeping will almost be non-existent for a couple of years.

    1. Thank you so much Mark! Yes! it is truly a blessing indeed. God is good! and YES! I’ve been taking prenatal vitimans daily, even before we conceived. I started taking them a month before we started trying, just to prep my body. hahah that’s great advice: sleep while we can!!!! thanks for sharing in the joy with us! Hugs and love xox
